Showing 12 issues
Check your internet connection and ensure you're on the Creator or Pro plan (Local plan doesn't include cloud sync). Verify that cloud sync is enabled in Settings → Sync.
Ensure the watch folder path matches your DAW's export location exactly. Check that file permissions allow Kora to read the folder.
Large project databases can cause performance issues. Try optimizing your database or clearing cache.
Export Flow validates filenames, versions, and metadata. Review the specific error message and adjust your export settings or filename templates.
Batch exports can fail if any single file has validation errors or if disk space is insufficient.
Key Shift Pro uses high-quality algorithms, but extreme pitch shifts (>5 semitones) can introduce artifacts. Use the 'Preserve Formants' option for vocals.
Processing time depends on file length and quality settings. Use 'Fast' mode for quick previews, 'High Quality' for final exports.
Ensure IMAP is enabled in your Gmail settings and that Kora has authorization to access your Gmail account.
Verify that Kora has calendar access permissions in your Google account settings.
Check that Kora has folder access permissions and that you haven't exceeded your Dropbox storage quota.
Contact your bank to ensure they're not blocking the charge. Update your payment method in account settings.
Reset your password or check if your account email is correct.
