Export Flow: Delivery Confidence, Preflight Checks, and Profiles

The Export Flow system in Kora is closer to a delivery pipeline than an export tool.

What Export Flow does

  • imports deliverables
  • infers metadata from filenames (via naming stack)
  • supports output formats (WAV/MP3 variants)
  • supports folder routing by mix type (Full Mix / Alt Mix / Instrumental / TV Mix / Stems, etc.)
  • runs preflight checks and computes a Delivery Confidence score
  • can gate automation (auto delivery) until confidence is 100%
  • manages profiles and delivery preferences per profile/contact
  • can prepare Dropbox delivery + prepare email drafts (when configured)

What is Delivery Confidence (a major selling point)?

Export Flow computes a percentage confidence (0–100%) based on:

  • engine health (desktop sidecars installed)
  • missing required fields (major penalties)
  • recommended improvements (minor penalties)

It also generates a tooltip that literally tells users:

  • what's required to reach 100%
  • what's recommended
  • what to fix first

This is explainable and deterministic.

What are Output formats?

Export Flow can render:

  • MP3 320 kbps
  • WAV variants (16-bit 44.1k, 24-bit 44.1k, 24-bit 48k)
